The Intermontane West

In the Intermontane West is the well known city of Las Vegas. The city is located in the southern tip of Nevada, in the southern part of the region. Las Vegas and New York City has many similarities. Both cities being very well populated and attracts a multitude of tourists every year. In New York you can go to the famous Broadway shows, and in Las Vegas they also have shows, such as Cirque De Soleil, magic shows, blue man group, etc. Both cities have fancy hotels all over the place to house those many tourists that come to visit. Ironically enough, Las Vegas even has a hotel named New York New York, with miniature versions of all the iconic landmarks in New York City.
